To sweeten our gelato, we use trehalose, a naturally occurring sugar found in plants and mushrooms. It’s gently sweet, has a low impact on blood sugar levels, and helps maintain the creamy texture of our gelato.

All of our gelato flavors are gluten-free. We also offer a selection of vegan flavors.
